Week four: Refection on teaching

Since this is the week most of you begin teaching your first class, please share what you are learning and thinking.  Preparing for teaching is one process that I know you all know how to do quite well. The act of teaching brings you into an entirely new realm of possibilities and critical reflection that we need to give voice to.

Week three: A short week

How was Tuesday after the MLK holiday for you and your classes? Was it difficult to get people back on track or just business as usual? 

What's occupying your time these days during school hours? What have you accomplished and what are you struggling with?  

Week two: My most significant learnings

I know you are learning  so much every day, but try to identify  a few items that are significant to you so that others may benefit by your learning.

What an opportunity to talk about what's before you yesterday!! I thought the conversation was quite invigorating!! Go team, go!!

CTE conference Feb 20-21,2009

I will be forwarding you an email on the registration for this conference this afternoon by email. Your registration is free. Just indicate that you are a FACS student teacher at UA . I have alreadys ent your names to Vaughn Croft, the registration chair for the conference.

BTW, I hope you all remembered to register for the FACS Winter conference before January 1st. I gave you those registration forms in 338g.
