Week eight: Midterm

Although you are still working up to a full load, I thought I'd remind everybody that you are half way through this experience!!

Think of all the ideas that you had about teaching and how they've changed. Think about what hasn't changed and what you still need to work on. Becoming a good teacher is a journey, not a destination, isn't it?

This week, try to reflect on yourself as a teacher using the thoughts in the previous paragraph or those that you might want to add. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!!

Week Seven: Testing

Many school are doing testing this week, how is this affecting your instruction times? Are you having the students for longer periods or less than normal periods. How are you keeping the students motivated to do their work and maintain their testing schedule?

Week Six: Teaching Strategies

Look at the website and list the most challenging task as a student teacher and the least challenging task as a student teacher.
